FairPAC, Sponsored by the Civil Justice Association of California
is the political arm of CJAC. FairPAC is a bipartisan PAC
(Political Action Committee) that supports candidates at the
state level who recognize the importance of fairness in our civil
justice system.
As it becomes increasingly difficult for companies to do business
in California, it’s imperative that we help elect candidates who
understand the significance of a fair and balanced civil justice
system. We work to educate lawmakers about the implications their
decisions have on tort reform.
When you contribute to FairPAC, you:
-
Strengthen our advocacy efforts in
California.
-
Help build relationships with key
legislators who share our commitment to fairness.
-
Provide the legal reform community a
stronger voice when issues are debated.
